    The application requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, visit the Adobe website and install this free program. If you have trouble using Adobe Acrobat Reader, read our Acrobat FAQ's. You may either fill out the forms in Adobe Acrobat Reader or print the forms and fill them out by hand. Please note! You cannot save the values you enter on the form using Adobe Acrobat Reader; you must print it out.

     

    Applications are due on February 18, 2008. Fifty Collegiate Scholars are selected each year. There are no fees for participation in the Collegiate Scholars Program. In mid-March, selected students will be contacted about interviews. Next year's College Scholars will find out if they have been selected in April, 2008.

    4. Teacher Recommendation: Form A
    5. Adult Recommendation: Form B
    6. Supplemental Writing Samples (to be brought to the interview)
